Description 故障描述

  • 三天前不能上网,内网通讯正常(打印机服务)

  • 平时网络可访问,但比较慢

Issue 发现的问题

  • 检查路由器(20-DC-E6-86-A8-AA)硬件接口,WAN口、LAN口乱接
  • 检查路由器Web面板,上网方式为PPPoE、WAN口未接入
  • 网关设置为192.168.1.2,未打开DHCP服务器
  • 地址池可能存在对冲

故障分析及结论

  1. 无法访问网络 原因分析
    1. 路由器接口、配置紊乱,直接导致路由器无法正常访问网络
    2. 母路由器当时未连接互联网,直接导致无法访问网络
    3. IP地址对冲,导致网络连接不稳定

关闭DHCP服务虽可避免(3)问题,但是安全性存在风险(母路由具有访问权限)

  1. 连接速度慢 原因分析
    1. 线缆过长(约50米)导致功率耗损,导致丢包率增加(见附件1. 母路由PING测试分析)
    2. 对方设置了网速限制(7月3日检测查证:无限速设置)
    3. 母路由终端过多(见附件2. 母路由DHCP客户端列表)

结论

  • 网络故障,已解决
  • 因修复需要更改的打印机的配置,已完成
  • 检查时未发现母路由限速我方情况
  • 我方路由器未见被蹭网迹象

  • 设置路由器上网方式为动态IP
  • 设置路由器无线网络账号及密码

  • 修改DHCP地址池192.168.2.XXX
  • 修改Web面板管理员账号密码
  • 修改打印机打印机配置
  • 修改两台计算机打印机配置
